Questions we get asked

How often does a vehicle need servicing?
Use the manufacturer’s time-and-distance schedule as the starting point, then consider mileage, operating conditions and any warning signs. The workshop can identify which scheduled items are due for the specific vehicle.
What does a vehicle safety inspection cover?
The exact legal inspection varies by jurisdiction. A defined safety check may cover brakes, steering, suspension, tyres, lights, glass and structural condition, but it is not automatically a complete mechanical-condition report.
Do brake discs always need replacing with the pads?
Not automatically. Disc thickness, surface condition, run-out and the manufacturer’s limit determine whether a disc can remain in service, be refinished where permitted, or needs replacement.
Why might the steering wheel shake at speed?
Wheel balance is a common cause, but tyre damage, bent wheels, alignment, suspension wear or brake-disc variation can create similar symptoms. An inspection separates the cause before parts are recommended.

Customer reviews before sending
02Review before continuing

The customer reviews the exact request and contact details. Sending creates a private Business HQ record; it does not confirm scope, price or timing.

03Business HQ handoff

The owner sees the enquiry, accountable next action and response state together. Sitefinite prepares routine work but does not invent a promise to the customer.

Enquiry status

A request is not a booking, quotation or promise of availability. The business confirms the next step.

Privacy boundary

This demonstration collects nothing. Every live enquiry form says who receives the details and links the privacy notice, and enquiries are deleted after twelve months by default.

Business confirmation

Scope, price, timing and material changes stay with the business unless it grants a narrower tested authority.

Owner-controlled: real sites publish only confirmed business facts, policies and enabled modules. Customer-facing actions stay inside their configured authority and audit trail.
